#expense#report#reimbursement

You have a shoebox of receipts, a credit card statement, and a reimbursement deadline tomorrow. Sorting expenses by category, matching receipts to transactions, and formatting it all into the company template takes an entire evening you don't have.

Who it's for: employees filing monthly expense reports, freelancers tracking deductible business expenses, consultants billing client expenses, sales reps with heavy travel expense loads, small business owners preparing for tax season

Example

"Generate an expense report from my March credit card statement and receipt photos" → Categorized report with travel, meals, supplies, and subscriptions — each line matched to a receipt, formatted to your company template, and totaled with tax-deductible flags
