A milestone-based system to grow from 0 to 100K followers through daily consistency.

## The System in 8 Lines

1. **Connect** - Follow people in your niche. Follow-for-follow works when starting from zero.
2. **Reply guy forever** - Keep replying on big and small creators' posts. Every reply must be valuable.
3. **Post 2-5x daily** - Tweets, threads, articles. More content = more surface area.
4. **DM people** - Real conversations. Real value. Real relationships.
5. **Cross-platform** - Reddit, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord. Put your stuff where people already are.
6. **Engagement group** - Create a win-win group where everyone boosts each other.
7. **Daily consistency** - The algorithm rewards showing up. Miss a day and it notices.
8. **Stay unique** - Don't AI slop your content. People follow people, not templates.

## Daily Foundation (Every Milestone)

Do this every single day:

## Milestone 1: 0 → 200 Followers

**Goal: Get people to know you exist.**

- [ ] Post 1x per day about your project
- [ ] DM people with something real, not a pitch

**Goal: Reach bigger audiences.**

Everything from Milestone 1 stays. Add these:

- [ ] Reply-guy on 5-10 big creators (10K+ followers in your niche)
- [ ] Reply to their posts within the first hour with something useful
- [ ] Post 2x per day - one specific use case per post

### Engagement Group Rules
Everyone replies, likes, and bookmarks each other's posts within 10 minutes. This signals to the algorithm your content is worth showing.

**Goal: Repetition. No new strategy.**

You already have everything you need. The system doesn't change — you just keep running it.
